PATRIC E. DURAZZO
Patric
E. Durazzo was admitted to the practice of law in Arizona in 1978. He
received his B.S. from the University of Arizona in 1970 and his J.D. from
the University of Arizona in 1977.
Pat practices primarily in the areas of construction, contract, corporate
and personal injury law. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers
Association, Arizona Bar Association and a past Board member of Southern
Arizona Legal Aid and past Board member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers
Association. Pat is also one of the attorneys for the Alliance of
Construction Trades in Tucson, an association of subcontractors and
suppliers. Pat has taught many seminars over the years including tips for
negotiating contracts, use of the American Institute of Architects
standard construction contracts, the pit falls of indemnification clauses
and other construction related matters. |

NEAL ECKEL
Neal Eckel was admitted to
the practice of law in the State of Arizona in 1988.
He received his B.A. with honors from the University of Arizona in 1984
and his J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1987.
Neal practices primarily in the areas of construction law, contracts and
corporate law. He is one of the attorneys for the Alliance of Construction
Trades, an organization of subcontractors in Pima County, Arizona, and
represents numerous trades within that organization. He is a member of the Construction Law Section of the
State Bar of Arizona and served as Chair of the Construction Law Section
for Tucson in 2000. He has taught at seminars on construction contracts,
Registrar of Contractors hearings, OSHA violations, lien laws and stop
notices. |

ERIC HAWKINS
Eric Hawkins received his B.A. from the University of Arizona, his J.D.
from the University of Arizona College of Law, and has been an Associate
with Durazzo & Eckel since his admission to the bar in 2006.
Eric practices primarily in the areas of
construction law, contracts and business litigation. Eric has worked
with the Alliance of Construction Trades in Tucson, and represents
subcontractors and suppliers in the organization. Eric has provided
presentations and written numerous articles on various construction law
issues including indemnification, construction contracts, insurance law
and employment practices. |
